Take a look at this image, what has been said wrong? Absolutely nothing. Staff like x4x are a danger to your team cause this guy will almost ban you for anything you say about him, but you're telling me he's allowed to talk smack back to his own community without repercussions? It's crazy how this gets past you guys without looking it as power abuse. I've already spoke about this in the past but nothing happens anyway, because he tries to quickly shut the topic down in the hopes of staff not kicking him out of the team. It's insane.

I want every manager to stop acting dumb and lazy and take this matter seriously because it's what seems to be bothering the community the MOST right now. Just one quick look in discord general and you'll see why players don't like him. Just because he does his "duty" taking care of cheaters ingame doesn't grant him a good mod status, it's clear he's lacking professional behavior and just faking it most of the time. People who joke around and wanting to have a good laugh such as spewing dumb messages like "free mohammed2006!" are apparently bad messages and warrants them a mute/ban? What is that even about?

This is why this server has LONG been dying, if not dead already. If you aren't part of the staff member, you are almost vulnerable to anything you do or say in this community, even if harmless.

The insults he pmed were actually directed at me. I came back to the server after a long time and found out that this x4x guy was actually Niove and he’s a staff member now, hearing that name unlocked old memory, all the stuff he said about my mother, I started tagging him daily, asking him to apologize so we could squash the beef, but instead he banned me from the Discord lol. And the wild part? He accepted Q2A complaints against me based on a single screenshot of logs, last I checked, we required at least 2 minutes of solid evidence for those. gg mashallah this server’s doomed.

The issue is, that people seem to be so fed up with (some) of the staff team, and people feel like the staffs are free to do as they see fit. People do not see these "infractions" or "warnings" to staff. People see that a staff member is misbehaving, and then getting no punishment for it (even if there is a punishment, but it's behind closed doors)

I'm guessing the reason people have started to prefer airing their dirty laundry in general is exactly because of this. I got manually banned on discord just for asking for the screenshot of x4x wishing cancer on someone's mother. And, I doubt I am the only one thinking it, but I feel like reporting is pointless. I had to manually appeal my ban through a manager, and was not even given an actual reason for the ban by x4x. And given the reputation of the staff complaint system, I doubt he got even a slap on the wrist.

Staffs continue to misbehave and abuse their power, and any action taken against it has in my experience either been nonexistant or far too late. These 'staff infractions' dont feel like anything is happening when you report a staff member, and they get to keep their role. People resort to starting shit in discord, because that atleast will get a reaction out of people. You also mentioned about the egos, and you know yourself that what you said is a lie. Some of the people that get promoted, you can instantly tell that even getting the slightest ounce of power (in a 2004 game) gets in to their head. Poor communication is also a problem, but a problem that is probably caused by these staff members themselves, by banning and muting the person they are trying to "beef" with. These staff members get it into their head that suddenly when their name is a different color, they are above these peasant players and start to demand respect. Granted, this is probably an issue everywhere but this has happened SO MANY FUCKING TIMES in mcnr it's unbelieavable.

You seriously need to step up the fucking hiring practices, and actually think if someone is a good candidate instead of hiring the next random player because the previous one got tired of playing. I'd actually make a fucking list of each time you fucked up with promoting someone, but I highly doubt any of this will actually make a difference, so I'm not going to bother. And I personally feel my negative outlook on the situation is realistic. You certainly have good individuals in the staff team, but the shitty ones overshadow them by so much, it makes the entire team look bad.

Staff like that guy is exactly why people can't have fun anymore, you just get punished for WHATEVER you do, as if MCNR isn't losing its playerbase day by day you just ban your regular players.

Staff with humungous egos need to have their power stripped immediately, it's clear x4x isn't fit since he cares about his online feelings too much, if people point out his wrongdoings he takes it as an "attack" and mutes/bans them instead.

I get people can change and improve, but we're talking about a person who wished cancer upon someones family. That is giga crossing the line of toxicity and you shouldn't even think twice about hiring someone like that lmao - not to mention he BARELY apologizes for his mistakes

The other 2% is the specific group of people (you and your friends) that caused nothing but a bunch of messes on basically each MCNR platform. The staff makes everyone run in circles. Nono you can't say "Me and Other players who have left will comeback if something is added" I'll quote Moody's words "If you’ve got real suggestions, just say them straight." Yes, hence why we are suggesting actual useful stuff on the forums. But MIKE decides to deny them all cause they don't go with his vision of server, what do you think It causes? Outrage and rebellion, Infact I'll say It agian. ME AND OTHER PLAYERS INFACT WOULD COME BACK IF WE WOULD SEE ACTUAL CHANGES TO BALANCING AND ALL. And what can you do as staff?
