MCNR runs on donations. Every contribution helps cover hosting, the domain, development tools, and the time poured into keeping the server online — hopefully for years to come.
Everyone who donates gets
The Donator role in Discord — link your account at discord/verify and it's applied automatically.
$10,000 in-game per £1 donated, credited to your account.
Donator bonuses
Donate £5 or more in a single transaction and you also unlock:
- Use story-character donator skins and purchase exclusive donator vehicles (see below).
- One extra property slot per £5 donated (up to 5 extra, 10 total), plus one vehicle credit per £5 — up to a $100,000 discount on a dealership car.
- Vehicle customisation — neon lights, custom licence plates, 128 extra colours at gas stations, and change colours anywhere with
/vcolor. - Cosmetics & convenience — coloured chat & property text, 10 outfit slots (instead of 5), discounted vehicle recovery, and buy a lotto ticket anywhere with
/lotto. - Use external emoji & stickers in the MCNR Discord.
Protect yourself from scams
Only Mike will contact you about a donation — via
[email protected] or
Discord DM (@mikecnr). Staff will never ask
for your password or other security info.
- Donator perks are credited automatically once PayPal confirms the donation. If a donation is held by PayPal, perks are credited once the funds are released. If you haven't been credited within 24 hours, email [email protected].
- We reserve the right to deny, revoke or reverse donator rewards for invalid or reversed donations (e.g. chargebacks) or for any other reason we deem fit.
- Donator rewards cannot be transferred between players or accounts. If you can't access your perks (e.g. you've been banned), that is not grounds for a refund or transfer.
- Donations are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Abusing donator perks (e.g. spamming coloured chat) may result in those perks — or full donator status — being revoked, with no refund.
- Rewards are subject to in-game availability. If no properties are for sale, your extra slots are still real — just unused for now.
- All donations are processed in GBP. Other currencies incur PayPal conversion fees and perks are credited only against the GBP we actually receive.
- We reserve the right to remove or change donator features in future script updates. Donators will usually be given notice and may receive compensation, though this is not guaranteed.
- Future donator rewards added to the script will likely be granted retrospectively to existing donators, but this is not a guarantee.
- If a donation is disputed or charged back, we may ban the associated accounts and reclaim rewards plus compensation. If you have an issue, contact Mike or [email protected] — do not open a PayPal dispute.
- If a stats reset happens on MCNR, past donation rewards (cash and vehicle tokens) will be reissued.
Donating to MCNR confirms you've read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
For every donation we receive we log the sender's email address, plus that player's in-game account ID/name and Discord ID. This is stored securely and only accessible by Mike.
We do not store credit card details — PayPal does not share them with us. To have your donor records removed under the GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018, contact [email protected]. Doing so will also revoke your donator status in-game and in Discord.
