Message to the entire community, especially staff

MCNR is in such a laughable state right now. Puuro and ralsei just recently exposed a staff members filthy messages in Discord (wishing cancer upon somebody, great person to have in your staff team), and guess what happened? x4x just had to ban them (obviously because its his stuff getting exposed, and his ego gets triggered so he has to take action).

If you want your server to continue "thriving", then stop being cowards and don't lock this topic and start speaking to your players about what's bothering them the most, and most importantly take action.



Take a look at this image, what has been said wrong? Absolutely nothing. Staff like x4x are a danger to your team cause this guy will almost ban you for anything you say about him, but you're telling me he's allowed to talk smack back to his own community without repercussions? It's crazy how this gets past you guys without looking it as power abuse. I've already spoke about this in the past but nothing happens anyway, because he tries to quickly shut the topic down in the hopes of staff not kicking him out of the team. It's insane.

I want every manager to stop acting dumb and lazy and take this matter seriously because it's what seems to be bothering the community the MOST right now. Just one quick look in discord general and you'll see why players don't like him. Just because he does his "duty" taking care of cheaters ingame doesn't grant him a good mod status, it's clear he's lacking professional behavior and just faking it most of the time. People who joke around and wanting to have a good laugh such as spewing dumb messages like "free mohammed2006!" are apparently bad messages and warrants them a mute/ban? What is that even about?

This is why this server has LONG been dying, if not dead already. If you aren't part of the staff member, you are almost vulnerable to anything you do or say in this community, even if harmless.

0 communication with community, stale game with toxic staff. Ends up banning someone for saying the truth, only because we reply to suggestions "Me and other former players this that". where's the logic cause I don't see any.

Btw around 6 months ago that same staff member voted “bad staff” on poll where mike was asking why people stopped playing on mcnr (or playing significantly less), but when someone calls him a bad staff member he bans or times out that person

I highly support Cashewz words, x4x is really a terrible person, he mutes,bans,kicks player even who are older from him just because his ego is biggest among all other ppls here, he should be kicked from this community not only from staff team.

I'll be reviewing all concerns sent through, and actioning them accordingly. Please keep in mind that "He said, She said" complaints will be ignored.

A player can get into spiral of trouble because they falsely killed someone, while staff will just be treated lightly

Whilst punishments are primarly undisclosed for staff members, its not to hide it from the public but rather to avoid embarassement to the staff member in question.

Verbal / written warnings are a type of punishement for staff members, and strikes are placed against their accounts internally.

I have also decided staff are able to be issued "infractions" for poor staff conduct.

If players can be issued infractions for poor conduct / rule breaking, it only seems fair that staff can receive the same type of punishment.

In an attempt to clear up staff punishments, the punishment is dependant on how severe you could class the offence.

Minor offence, - we might issue 2 warnings and then lead to strikes.

Commonly the 1st strike is reffered to as a "warning strike" - This is placed against their account for an extended period and depending severity a demotion may take place for upto a 2 week period.

The 2nd strike, will be given if after the 1st strike the staff member still displays poor conduct. The second strike will result in a demotion for a longer period of time. Commonly upto a 1 month period (30 days).

The 3rd and final strike, if after the second strike the staff member can't get their head around things that may lead to the final strike. The final strike will lead to dismissal from the staff team, and a blacklist period where they cannot rejoin.

I hope this will clear things up, and in particular bring light to how staff punishments are handled.

I have been treated awfully by this current management, and when I discuss it over discord general, I am than muted and told not to cause drama about staff, but what's your problem if I have issues with staff I have a right to let others know and you cannot restrict that freedom to satisfy your own ego and desires. Might as well mute everyone else on the chat if you don't treat with respect everyone has right to smack you off

That's your issue there, you are discussing it in "Discord General" where as your first approach should be to approach me with all evience. Contrary to my last message to you, I now handle staff complaints and then issue them to the appropriate manager to handle the punishment. As you are openly discussing it in Discord (although no issues there) staff are going to see it from a different perspective compared to how you are viewing the situation.

All staff, and players should be treated with respect. However if you're not willing to show respect towards staff, don't expect them to carry out any favours for you.  There are no "egos or desires" happening, what's happening is poor communication, poor evidence towards complaints, and taking things too personally.

Looking forwards to grabbing more information from you, and evidence if you actually have it.

x4x is very eager to ban someone. While I was arguing with ranja, ranja didn't ban me but x4x banned me from the forum  He likes to interfere in other people's business and solves everything with bans  about the stuff  part yeah stuff is full of corrupt people. I do not name drop but ı know some guy before he was normal player and after he become a "admin" he's manner change admin team need a check but who give single f ? Community manager Shadow Walker only decent guy among them

someone who’s not staff anymore, you sure act like you're still in charge. Maybe if you spent half as much time helping the server as you do writing essays of rage, you'd still have a role that matters
