MCNR staff team has literally shown a clear decline in it's reputation. The way the server overall is being ran by people who have trouble behaving like actual humans.
Instead of being reasonable, the higher ranked staff members have built a group of yes men around eachother in order to do whatever the fuck they want. Disrespecting people and behaving like total nerds. Embarrassing.
I am bringing all of this shit up because nobody else seems to have balls big enough to do so.
So let's start with Mike himself.
This dude is literally the most egoistic and narcissistic person I have seen. He gives zero fucks about the feedback from his community. He always forces people to behave the way he thinks is right and never considers the opinions of other people.
The way this dude ignores and rejects suggestions that are literally favoured by the community is just retarded. Instead of scripting shit that the community wants he does the exact opposite, because he is one hell of narcissistic fuck and thinks that his shit is always the best.
When you bring up any of his flaws via constructive criticism, he is unable to control his emotions and will most likely ban you.
Some clear examples of where most of the regulars in this community have totally agreed on some necessary suggestions, but Mike being the egoistic fuck that he is just ignores or rejects them without any explanation:

And when you ask about him about rejecting those things he will most likely get mad at you or ignore the fuck out of you. That's not how you treat your own community or people overall.
Also everybody remembers how Mike in 2021 forced every crew to put their tags inside those nasty [] square brackets in order to stay official, which is also the reason 1337WESTMOB was removed from the official crews list.
He said that the new crew system will only support square bracket tags, which would be pretty reasonable if he had actually released it, but of course he didn't.
Instead of scripting things that community wanted he decided to take 2 years to release 1.15 update which did not only include the crew system, but was a complete flop overall.
He added 3 major updates which were Casinos, Drug System and Campfires. Literally none of them works and most of the other things that were included in 1.15 brought nothing to the server because the server balance and it's economy is fucked, making minor missions totally useless.
Casino system is well scripted, but yet so broken that he had to add the limit, which kills the whole meaning of it. Drugs make your head spin like you're drunk and only refill half of your health. Campfires would be useful if they refilled everybody's health in like 30 seconds, but no it takes like fucking 3 minutes for the health to refill completely and nobody plays this server to hang around a campfire and boombox for minutes just to chill around in woods. So a complete flop. No update that balanced the overpowered cops, the economy or created ways for civilians to interact with eacother. As soon as you reach level 100 it will turn into an unbalanced DM server between civilians and overpowered cops.
The reason MCNR playerbase increased after this update is because every single rule breaker and cheater were unbanned, which seems to be the regular circle for MCNR every year. It will die once again after people start to get punished for rules that are more strict than they are in North Korea.
Now let's talk about Karbz. This dude has literally hired bunch of yes men around him in order to be comfortable and not be confronted about anything.
The way he and his yes men decided to dismiss me, Levii and saz for the most absurd reason just shows the type of fucker he is.
The reason that Karbz came up with for our dismissal was that we apparently had broken the staff terms and conditions.

Every single one of us had removed the .1337 tag from our names. After joining the staff team none of us claimed to be a member of the crew. None of us were ever biased and we treated everyone fair and square. We even removed our in-game names from the forum crew board.
Sounds pretty fair, ye?
Apparently not.
Karbz decided to spy on the 1337 discord server. He then decided to demote me for having an owner role in the discord server that I created back in 2021.
Okay, he was able to force these nazi type of rules on us and get us demoted for breaking staff terms and conditions. Completely retarded, but okay.
Then he gets exposed for doing much worse shit by abusing commands on innocent players just for his own interest. Multiple staff terms and conditions were broken and what happens to him? Literally nothing just because he is paying hundreds of dollars to Mike every month for releasing all sorts of junk updates that fill no purpose due to server being very poorly balanced. That's literal fucking corruption.
Whatever you think of all this shit is up to you. I am here just to show the way I see things. MCNR had incredible potential to be one of the greatest servers, but it always managed to disappoint me.
