Add npcs for better game experience and same goes with voice chat.
NPC and voicechat
voice chat isn't possible and NPCs are not really necessary thing for now to focus on. Neutral to NPC, voice chat can be done on Discord.
Voice chat is possible in Samp mate, its hard to code, but its suggestion. Npc is for excitement, we don´t want want drive alone in roads. And Veteran, we see you in discord.
Never saw an SA-MP server with voice chat...

I saw server with voicechat plugins ingame back in 2014 but they were roleplay servers u dont need voicechat on cnr they are most on hardcore roleplay servers.
