Today i bumped into a bothersome rule which is "you're not allowed to shoot innocents while you're a cop" okay!, let's talk deeply inside the game logic or even this server in particular, if you shoot any innocent while you're a cop, that will not occur any serious danger or damage for them so why do we get punished then if they don't get damaged or move hindered, here's my suggestion which states for correcting this rule point by allowing it unless if it brings about a damage for the player's vehicle, then there'd be a proper punishement.
Rule clarification: Cops shouldn't be punished for shooting an innocent civilian

Should not be allowed imo. Your point does not make a whole lot of sense lol. Why are they shooting / ramming / damaging innocent people even if they don't get hurt?

Makes no sense whatsoever?!?! Yes the innocent player does not receive any damage, but that goes against cops being on the server to protect the innocent players. You might as well just let medics kill criminals as well.
