Warrants shouldn't go to jail after dying unless there are cops nearby

It should be like that in my opinion, don't really know what causes this.
It makes perfect sense. You're most wanted. You got sent to hospital. Hospital staff recognised you and called the cops. Even then, it's only a 1 in 3 chance..
well, its annoying when u get jailed after died and there's wars going on and u gotta wait 2:50mins and buy weapons again and shit +1

I don't even know how you come up with such things that are completely pointless, either way I'm supporting this suggestion
This was rejected anyways but..

Mikes  comment summarizes it fully. If you are most wanted and shown in the news then you would  get  reported to the police, there is nothing "pointless" on that its Cops and Robbers not "GANG WARS".
Wars arent part of  the server, atleast for now so i don´t see a reason to have an exception for it, just ask a cop to bribe you or take your chances on breaking out or ask your mates that are still alive to break you out. 😉
Nobody can escape their sins, everyone gets punished whether it takes a day or an eternity.
You can change who you are, but you cannot run from yourself.
I don't know which world you live in or what gamemodes you played before, but sole fun in CnR is about gangwars not actually cops vs robbers

this.

And, of course, without a doubt, by the almighty server owner who leaves a short reply immediately rejects a suggestion without a leaving chance.
Chance is still here, topic isn't locked yet 😁
Mike doesn't even play and dictates the way we have to play. BS

I can get behind this logic, however it would make sense to compromise and make it 1 in 4 or 1 in 5
why are the hospital staff going to call the cops? They treat the patient, charge him $1000, and let him go.

Exactly this.
Instead it should be sending guy to random hospitals across active city which seems more reasonable than jailing
or we pay some cash to get our identity hidden and get send to a different hospital but it's only allowed once and resets after being in jail

I really like this idea, bribing hospitals with a huge amount for them to let you go or choose no and get sent to jail.
