This is extremely easy to implement and a ton of servers already have this.

I need custom wheels on my Pony. +1

I will add a basic menu at gas stations to do this for now. In the future I hope to make a custom scripted mod shop which will be a lot better than the text menus we have now.

Next update will see wheels in gas station menus.
