I believe Mike had a reason to enable Friendly fire for cops.

For the suggestion: This can be abusable + imagine someons friend Ing a person then unfriending him to have a duel then friending him again and it doesn't fit into the game óde for civilians.

Full explanation- like cops we cant shoot or kill other cops . sometimes during a fight a lot of players gather together and some of our shots lows down our friends or teammate healthand sometimes also kill them
