Oh sorry, didn't read your report properly, but I don't think this changes the meaning of my repond before. In my opinion, you should be able to use it, since it re-generates your health.
Self revive with sprunk and water

I'm gonna get a video of it, but please next time if you're gonna report something please get a video first before reporting here because we're not allowed to log any other bug reports without a video now cheers

Oh by the way, I found out this bug is exploited and players have already been using it all this time, I suggest a quick fix.
Moved the topic here by Flyburger, as it can be exploited.
