There should be a system which handles with player, especially the new one, who are using c bug. Everytime a player tries to c-bug he will be frozen for a second or two with a pop-out on screen "No cbug" or something.
With the anti-c bug system there wouldn't be any need to film and take complaints against these player.
Current system is reflective towards the rapid c bug only, perhaps, why do you need a script to work for you everytime, when you hire someone who is responsible for someone exploiting a bug?

Rapid-fire is a cheat, where c-bug is just taking advantage of a SA-MP bug, so the script is for the cheat, not bug. Why not to use a script, which is I guess easy to make (not a scripter, sorry if am wrong), and not really wasting time on uploading video evidence or spectating as a staff member the whole situation.
Some people tend to press C, but not like efficiently abuse it, since this is what causes trouble between two sides
but, theoretically when they press C after shooting a deagle, it's to bypass a millisecond animation for easing up a gameplay, if Mike adds up a script, it might surely be either bugged, or has to be written under keypress.

They tend to press c because they're used to do c-bug lol there's no way you're pressing that to crouch neither something else. There is a possibility that a bug can accur on the script, but doesn't need to
I'm against any anti-c-bug system, though I'm not pro at c-bugging, -1

After some time I've realized that it's not really needed. From experience now, and as howl said, that system can cause bugs at the beginning, so better let staff members to deal with c-bug rulebreakers.
