How long has this been happening?
Snipergang in MCNR

I am making this post because one of the main reasons I almost completely stopped playing on another well-known CnR server, I will call it C., is the cheaters, and since I love playing in MCNR I would like that those cheaters don't start attacking it too.
In this case, we are talking about an organized group of cheaters who call themselves #snipergang, who used to join that server at hours when admins were not online, and players were few (10-30), and started cheating, with the main purpose being griefing the normal players. Most of the times they got a sniper rifle, and airbreaked around the city snipering players through walls.
The worst part is that they are not bannable in a permanent way, because they use spoofing software to evade the bans, they used to continuously rejoin the server within minutes after being banned.
So what I suggest you to do is to make their job harder, by strengthening the anticheat to detect that specific kind of cheats and increase admin presence, both of which C. failed to do and his player base decreased.
This is what I recorded, to show what kind of cheats these guys use

Notice: in the video I tell him I know who he is but I was just speculating to see if he said something.
Yes, we desparately need overnight admins. I know that. Most of our playerbase is from the east.
As for anticheat, anticheats are not accurate, so they only pose as a warning to admins and then kick after repeated detections. I'm not happy having an anti-cheat that auto-bans because you end up banning innocent players.
As for them evading the bans, that's just how SA-MP is, banning is as effective as kicking for some people. There's not much you can do, you just have to keep banning.
