It happened yesterday to people at somepoint, I heard plenty other people complaining about it, seems like it fixed itself in the end.
I was in front of SF bank. The situation was the same of Reonz
already many players expirienced the bug , i came with a video which might help i started recording after i saw the vehicle hotwiring by itself
