the main focus of repair kits is so you dont have to go to a xoomer to repair your car AND repairing it if it breaks down, since you cant move it, you cannot go to a xoomer to repair it.
It already exists, it's called engine repair kit. You can only carry one of them and you can purchase it at the gas station checkpoint.
I might consider making it so if your personal vehicle gets destroyed you have to wait 5 minutes or so until it can be recovered. But I suppose then you could call a different one..
Why don't you need to level up your mechanic job to max level before you can purchase this repair kits thingy or before you use them you need to be max level mechanic
I think that would just annoy people tbh.
