Injustly killed by staff

Details I was killed by Yoshi for allegedly ramming a Shamal into his Bullet. The logs CLEARLY show I didn't damage him at all and you can see in said logs that I even offered to pay for any "damages" (that were non existent) for his car. He then proceeded to kill me and taunt me after by saying "sit". This is not professional behavior by staff even if he had the right to kill me, which he didn't.

Logs can be used to punish players in RDM situations so this should be treated the same

I would like to add that plane crashes are usually not shown in logs because they cannot be detected. - MAIN POINT OF THIS POST

If he said this, that's unprofessional behavior.

He had the right to kill you since you rammed him. And it doesn't matter if you offered him a refund for the damages. But the word after killing you wasn't right as a member of the staff team.

Your logs does not prove anything, your logs proves nothing
