WTF aimbot, teaming with staff? Why not ban?

There's a cheater in server, i reported that to staff(M3E6 and Mike)
But i don't know, why don't ban him??
Why you don't ban him?
He is paying you money??

I have more that 15 videos about this cheater but mike says  : no it's just a pro player and good at game😐

Mike redused some guns damage, these videos are about 2 weeks ago.

But what do you think about his aim??

Just views this because of curiosity. Man this man ain't no aimbotter, I remember playing with him on other servers he was hard to kill af and when I do kill him I had to burst my ass off, he's actually a pro man. But still, they should ask him for videos just to prove that he's not using cheats because others will think he is and that'll be a bad move.

Let me tell you : when a player report other players with enough proofs, an admin ban that cheater. (same)

But when admins think videos aren't enough proof or that player is pro, ask him to provide videos.
