Money bug after issuing a ticket.
As mentioned in the other post, this is a bug and I have returned the money to your account.
This bug has been bandaid-fixed by blocking minus value cash transactions which will prevent it happening again however I still need to find the root cause.
I have not had this reported since, because the transactions were blocked, however I'm not sure if this is still an issue. I have added some logs to try and investigate if it still happens, but I think it is very rare.
