Add a /enemy command, similar to the /friend command. By adding an enemy to your list, you’ll be able to see their icon in a different color on the minimap, and you’ll receive a notification when they join the server.

/nemesis already exists
Although making them have different colour is not good cuz if they drift ppl to do rdm and shit

It's just to be able to differentiate them from other mw if that's the case, maybe a purple color could be good

Purple is already the staff color. (There aren't that many colors left to choose from, either) It would also mess with our ability to distinguish class / wanted level / threat status, so... meh. Wish SA-MP gave us more options of modifying player blips, so there would be a different edge coloring for example. Maybe we could request that from the open.mp guys in the future?
Overall, good idea! Maybe we can bypass the map blip limitation with a system of chat alerts or textdraws instead that would read like, AllyLily (38) spotted 0.3 mi southwest of your location. Watch out!, and sounds optionally attached to those as well?

yes this is actually a good idea, but i think it should be 'mcnrified', meaning that the "AllyLily (38) spotted 0.3 mi southwest of your location. Watch out!" text should be a box that cant be closed for 5 seconds that you have to manually click out of

Name one comment of yours that's not aimed to spread your own discontent with MCNR on to others.
I hope I get where you're coming from, because I'm also passionate about this place and I want it to be better too, but you are helping no one by pouring all of these toxic dregs out. If you do want to help, you're more than welcome to go ahead & actually help us out with testing—or better yet, scripting stuff alongside Mike and other devs.
However, if you just want to vex for no particular reason or to vent your grudges despite the decrease in morale it's causing in whoever reads those, please fuck off. If you were part of a military and you'd decided to do this shit, they'd have already shot you for defeatism.
