Build the Seasparrow

Summary: Seasparrow should be available to all players, obtaining parts then built at the Abandoned Airport.

I'm not sure what everyone thinks about the Seasparrow, but to me, it looks like it's been built in the back of someone's garage rather than an aerospace expert like Lockheed Martin.

Let's make the Seasparrow available to all, but players have to build it themselves using parts, which they assemble at the Abandoned Airport. It should be difficult to obtain because of how OP it is, but likewise it should also be customisable (i.e. higher HP with certain parts) so that players that have gone through the effort of obtaining parts should be rewarded.

Ideas:
Rarest parts can be bought/stolen from The Truth
Rarest parts can be stolen from Area 51
Common parts can be stolen from Airports
Common parts can be bought from Ammunation

I invite players to share their thoughts and build on the above suggestions, as this is just some thoughts I've put together in five minutes.

There needs to be a balance between:

- Difficulty obtaining the Seasparrow (How difficult it is for players to obtain parts and build the Seasparrow?)
- Health of the Seasparrow (How easy is the Seasparrow destroyed?)
- Strength of the Seasparrow (How much damage does the Seasparrow cause players?)

I couldn't understand a single thing in that question, bank robberies exist since I joined in 2019... bro went full nelson on that sentence

+1 for the suggestion, keeping Seasparrow's HP low as they're too OP. Building a Seaparrow should take at least 4 days in-game time. Friday at 06:00 has already passed 4 days in game, player should be able to finish the Seasparrow.

Actions logs should show a player for example in orange 5 stars: Player entered the vehicle (Vehicle: Seasparrow; Built by: WAP) // the "Built by: WAP" is changed from the original: "owner: WAP" when a player enters a vehicle by default.

Might not, and to be honest was the first thing I thought, but the ability to create a suggestion can determine if there's a yes or a no. If it's a no, then ok I guess. Move on.
