New things that we need to do perfect this server

I just want to address some issues with your suggestions here.
1 - We already have a discord server, which has available voice channels if you wish to communicate with members of the community.
2 - There is absolutely no need for a mobile phone feature, if you want to privately message someone please use the available features.
3 - More job types will be added in the future, there's only so much 1 person is able to do. I do like the idea of businesses, but I believe this idea has already been suggested.
4 - Most wanted players are not able to kill anyone, as of current anybody except for medical services (paramedics and firefighters) are allowed to kill most wanted.
5 - Bank robbery is perfectly fine as it is, in the method of its working.
6 - What is wrong with the current bank? You can rob the bank, the actor behind the counter, and you can also rob the safes that are stored in smaller banks (all shops).
7 - We like to keep politics out of MCNR, so this is a straight-up no.
8 - Currently most of the millionaires on the server do pay bank tax on the money they have stored in their bank.
9 - There is a group system implemented currently, (/grhelp) you can create a group and invite players to it. A crew (gang) system will be coming one day, but we do not know when.

/whisper (/w) /shout (/s) or /vehiclewhisper (/vw)
