Health Pickups

Like armor, but health instead.

I think this was suggested before and it got denied due to the fact that we have medics already...

I think that is a little bit unnecessary since you can heal yourself in 24/7 shops, with food vendors, medics, prostitutes, hospitals and medkits

This is so redundant, even Rockstar had gotten rid of those by the time the game came out (2004)

Health pickups are food stands and vending machines, which cost basically nothing.
