Or just keep the 30%, remove the time limit for medikits being used and increase capacity to 5.

I think it's clear that the community response is overwhelmingly, virtually universally negative.

Mike plz revert? I tend to agree on many things with your vision of the server, but with this one, even I am at a loss...
