why my moneybag keeps disappearing?

this could very well be caused by the mod, try disabling all mods and if it works enable them one by one

It is a known bug all the safes that gives moneybag when you rob it these safes are casinos, bank, madd dogg mansion... such bags will disappear when you exit the interior. It will be fixed next update.
