More Items in 24/7 Stores

My suggestion is to add more small, realistic utilities/items to the 24/7 store to make gameplay more strategic and fun.

1. Fake Cash -  It could be used as a decoy when getting robbed. Example: if someone robs, the robber get 200k, But.. with fake cash, robber gets only 50k-100k.
2. Bobby Pins - 100% chances of faster jail breakouts, or silent break into house without gaining wanted level.
3. Cuffs - Allow civilian to cuff any player.

1. why would stores sell fake money
2. you get examined even ur asshole when u go to prison so no bobby pins
3. why would 24/7 stores sell handcuffs?
