As a staff member of a community, you should never do such a thing, Goldenman. It's very unprofessional if someone is asking you not to use their profile picture, and you ignore them like this.

Will new players think good about the community by seeing this thread? Absolutely not. It's better to change it and hide this thread for reputation related stuff.
