This would lead to a decrease in player count as all the addicts can no longer play. We do not want to present such an image to new players.

I am invested in MCNR 24/7 to ignore real life responsibilities. With this implemented I will go mentally insane and lose my ability to speak.

Me and several active players don't feel like this is a good idea. If playtime was restricted, it would not motivate people to keep playing.
