Random game Crash/Freeze

Hello my IGN is ostokyoto and i have encountered numerous game crashes/freezes which happens to me only on this server and i don't know why.
So I play around for a few minutes and I encounter some players (for example) i spot a criminal and I start to chase him. I press H to turn on siren and guess what...game freezes. I cant get out of it unless I use "CTRL+Alt+Delete" to open task manager and close the application without seeing the task manager because my game screen is frozen. I still hear the sounds playing while my game is frozen. So I relog. Play a bit more and I meet another criminal he is yellow so im gonna give him a ticket. Guess what...game freezes as soon as I touch N. I still hear the sounds and bla bla task manager and all that. It also happens when im driving and suddenly it freezes. This doesn't happen to me on any other server.
My game is clean I only have anticrasher037.cs and SilentPatch with gta1.0 exe. I also installed the audio plugin for this server which before I installed it my game never crashed. I uninstalled the audio plugin to see if it will fix it. It didn't my game is still crashing often.
I have a medium spec laptop. Can run thons of games on high framerate blabla.
I absolutly love the server. I mostly play on it but because of the crashes I change servers cuz im mad and I find it that my game doesn't crash on other servers. That's all.

Other players experience game crash also even me and your game is freezing thats not from the server its from your PC.
