Whenever im robbing any kind of place, when i exit that building the cash/bag just disappears as i walk out of the door, it's like the 4th or 6th time this has happened to me.
I have a mod that increase the draw distance, may be this the problem?

this could very well be caused by the mod, try disabling all mods and if it works enable them one by one
delete ur mods

Why don’t you tell us how your comment provided any help? It is a known bug all the safes that gives moneybag when you rob it these safes are casinos, bank, madd dogg mansion... such bags will disappear when you exit the interior. It will be fixed next update.
