Me and lots of players who left the server due to imbalance of power are open to adding radical changes which may encourage us to come back. One of them is removing passanger driveby, such action would Encourage driving and reduce RDM

Splendid idea. A lot of players including myself left the server for good because they didn't remove passenger drive-by. Some of them I have been in contact with, said they're open to the idea of removing passenger drive-by for a week as an experiment, therefore I give this a +1.
The amount of people that have left this server over this is insane. Passenger driveby is, if not one of the biggest issues that is currently going on in MCNR. It is an extremely unfair and cheap way to play since it basically makes you invincible with no recoil.
If this suggestion doesn’t pass, MCNR will inevitably meet its doom very soon. A lot of my friends, including myself have officially left forever due to this, and I don’t doubt that more players will just quit and never come back again.
Me and several other players quit playing because passanger driveby. If a solution was added for this issue, it would definitely motivate us to return.
Excellent idea, passenger driveby is IMMENSELY cancerous in this server and it needs to be removed.
