player dosent gets wanted after he evades and duels in a stollen cop vehicle

> you steal a pd vehicle evade the stars duel while you are inside the vehicle and the vehicle is your you dont get a wanted lvl at all even if you go near cops (experimented with police marwick only)

Idea on this fix:
it has to do someting with the player and the vehicle respawn when the player returns to the original world after the duel
