Make possible that you can use the Jerry Can when the vehicle have at least 60/70% of fuel.
Actually you can only use it when vehicle have less that 25% and this have NO SENSE because in real life i can use my jerry can whenever i want if i want to, not necesseraly when my gas is empty.
Plus in-game a player never reach 25% of fuel because of Gas Stations and for /v Refuel Option.

The error message was incorrect. The jerry can adds 25% of fuel, and can only be used if a vehicle has 75% or less in the tank. I will fix the error message next update.
