Player Owned Stores

Basically let's say the burger shop in Los Santos could be purchased by a player, any income from that store goes like 50% to the player and the other 50 to the bank or something in that case, the player must buy supplies for the store they own and must keep it supplied or they lose it and it becomes purchaseable. A person can own a store and when players buy from that store, the owner benefits. Ofcourse not a lot of people go to a burger shop and buy from it so a purchase could be forced by the system for the player to still get income. This could come with various benefits and responsibilities.

I'm not the best at explaining but i hope you kinda get what i mean and can elaborate with me, thanks 🙂
No
it was already suggested many times, owning a business, and were still waiting mike to do something about it
its a good idea in theory, but in practice the only businesses that are worth anything are ones near spawn points and frequently visited locations

not to mention what would you even sell there? most things inside of random shops are pointless already

I mean people would flock into the most visited places like Ammu-Nation in Come-A-Lot, Ammu-antion in Ocean Flats, Calton Heights, Downtown Los Santos... -1 I don't see this profitable for player nor for Mike himself to code.

Actually, let's think about it this way. What if there were places owned by clans? Extra xp or money can be received when enemy clans attack each other.
