Punching cops

This must change that a single punch to a cop makes you red. Many new players get so much jail for that while they don't know anything about the server. Other players as well, you have two stars and you're getting cuffed, you repeatedly tap lmb, the cuff breaks and unwantedly you punch the cop and you go to jail for 3mins

Make it like you need to punch a cop three times before you become red or whatever

again the title says it all, what'd be the difference left between cops, corrupt cops and civs? -1 absolutely logicless

no, you're still a threat if you assault a cop
