Remove 'Unable to save screenshot.' feature

Please remove this annoying 'Unable to save screenshot.' feature. There are times when I am trying to save some proof regarding a rule break and I can not make a screenshot. It's just a pain to always have FRAPS or other softwares on.

If it can not be removed entirely, at least make it 'lighter' so it will not always appear.

You know it's a client sided issue and not a server sided issue right?

It is a bug when too much system memory is being used - from my low end pc.

If that's the case, Niovie you'll probably find it's your web browser hogging your RAM in the background. I have 16GB RAM and still experience this occasionally, Chrome is a memory hog.

Alternatively open up Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), sort by memory, end tasks that are taking up most your RAM:

Disable MS Edge and Chrome running in background by going to settings. No need to open task manager always.
