make a percentage for cops

It's impossible to control peoples desires, forcing a percentage into the server sounds like a dictatorship. Let's see what 1.15 will bring because i ve heard that it will stabilise the cop-criminal balance, but to what extend? Idk.

Proper balancing can only be achieved by introducing new gameplay elements such as heists, missions, and jobs such as arms dealing. Right now, if you're a civilian, your options are limited to a single heist and boring missions, not to mention the high costs per death, which is why being a cop is the better option.

When killing most wanteds as a crim was not against the rules, i think there were more civillians. But yea, i agree with you fully.
