It would be cool if possible, but only when it is not OP, it will be pretty balanced if the heli has less health that 1000 and/or heavy controls and slow speed.
Stealing Securicar with Leviathan equipped with magnet (if it's possible)
If the vehicle is stationary and nobody is inside it it will work and i Like the concept. Leviathan is already balanced so it would be a nice mini feature
