Players rob and hide inside? I already mentioned that the money will be dropped if cops are near.
You can kill a cop and hide so he can't take revenge? That cop can go off duty and enter house to take revenge.

1. Adding a wardrobe to change your skin which reduces your wanted level by 1 (works only once) would be a better addition.

Once again, my point of view:-
1. You compared the game with irl again, when cops first check the place where the criminal lives. Right now in mcnr most cops camp banks or Ammunation to find criminals because that's where criminals mostly be.
2. The 'quitting inside house feature' is to avoid '/q to avoid' because a player went inside his safehouse to hide from cops.
3. The money bag is dropped when a player enters his house, so if cops are chasing him, they can recover it.
4. Evading inside your safehouse is not just a feature in San Andreas but in all GTA games (I played vice city to gta v only) and several other games.
6. If there are several cops chasing a criminal, they should not take so much time to arrest/kill him. If they are slow or inefficient, the criminal reaches his house where he is safe. You snooze, you lose.
