He means that lower ranked truckers should be given low paying jobs (EG- Sand Rocks Food items and etc) and high truckers should be given the high rank jobs ( EG- Fake money drugs etc )

Technically though, should we really make it a duty-based job?
(Do we have to, in order for it to have ranks? Can't we just make some sort of variable based on the number of cargo runs a player has completed?)
