(Min. 100 words.): I am prepared to fight the war against Jack_Ingoff and groups that he supports with money earned by being corrupt and part of the Epstein Island Inc. I have been a victim of corrupt staff members so I know why its important to get rid of MCSU. I also want to help new players and assist those who have previously broken the rules in repenting and becoming good people. As a Shah I am looking forward to joining your fight against these EVIL individuals and organisations

Your application to join the MCNR Reporting Association (MRA) has been accepted. We appreciate your enthusiasm, willingness to support new players, and your commitment to preserving a fair and respectful environment within MCNR.

While your passion and stated dedication are clear, you do not list prior experience with SARPLA, which we consider when assigning initial responsibility levels. Accordingly, you are being welcomed into the association at the rank of Junior Associate. This rank will allow you to participate in reporting and community-support efforts while you gain further operational experience and demonstrate adherence to MRA procedures.

Please note: the MRA evaluates all reports and allegations through established internal procedures. Any claims of wrongdoing or criminal activity submitted during your service will be handled according to our policies and, where appropriate, referred to the proper authorities. Personal accusations in an application will not substitute for documented reports submitted through the correct channels.


We look forward to your contributions. Uphold our standards, follow reporting protocols, and together we will continue to protect the integrity of MCNR.

Really solid initiative by MRA 👏. Integrity and fair play are values that often get overlooked, and it’s refreshing to see a crew dedicated to upholding them. Respect for building a positive community and setting the standard for others to follow. Wishing you continued success with the crew!

Spare me the fake compliments, aydin. Everyone here knows you’re a card-carrying member of MCBA (MCNR Cheaters and Ban Evaders Association). 

You talk about “integrity” and “fair play” while sitting in the same circle as serial exploiters and ban-dodgers. That’s pure hypocrisy. You and your MCBA buddies have spent more time trying to ruin the game than actually contributing to it. 

So let’s cut through the act: I don’t respect a single word that comes from a proven cheater and ban evader. Until you own up to your record and cut ties with MCBA, everything you say is just empty noise.

I think it's time for MRA to be a hero organization and join forces with smaller organizations like SARPLA and SAPGO to make the perfect new organization MRASARPLASAPGO.

Official Response from the MCNR Reporting Association (MRA) 


On behalf of the MCNR Reporting Association (MRA), we wish to formally acknowledge your message and the enthusiasm it conveys. We fully understand the sentiment behind your suggestion. However, after due consideration, it is the official position of this Association that the MRA is best suited to operate as an independent organisation. 

We hold SARPLA and SAGPO in the highest regard, and we recognise the value that cooperative efforts can bring. That said, our preferred course of action is to pursue collaboration and partnership with these organisations, rather than a structural merger. At this time, we do not identify any tangible benefits that such a merger would provide to the MRA, its members, or its objectives. 

Furthermore, while we greatly appreciate the engagement and commitment of staff members, we must emphasise that the policies, direction, and organisational proceedings of the MRA are determined solely by its leadership. Suggestions of this nature, though noted, are not within the remit of staff influence. 



For clarity, merger proposals are not under consideration now, nor will they be in the future. The independence of the MRA remains non-negotiable.

Official Statement from SARPLA Senior Associate

While we value the spirit of unity and collaboration expressed in the proposal, SARPLA does not support merging with other organizations. Our identity, mission, and independence are central to who we are, and we believe these should not be compromised.

That said, SARPLA remains open to alliances, cooperation, and coordinated efforts with other groups to ensure the security and stability of MCNR. We stand firm in our principles while working alongside others as equal partners.

Our President is currently engaged in an important meeting in Vice City, so I am issuing this statement on his behalf to reaffirm SARPLA’s position.
