i want to add another point regarding this
few days ago i dmed howl to report a player using aimbot ( i did this so the reported players would be unaware of it and would continue to use aimbot) but i never got a reply from him. even today there is no reply.

he got demoted because he trolled in event and 3 days later he's admin again. Howl also never got punished for mocking me instead of healing.

I left SAMP just because of these two trash staff members. Howl and yoshi is completely unfit for the staff team — it's time to remove him and bring in people who actually deserve the position and can handle it properly

I got an infraction just for skipping an animation, while actual rule breakers (RDM, cop hunt, etc.) are ignored. When I pointed it out, the admin said he's "too busy to investigate" but still had time to punish me. I joked with my friend saying /q, and somehow that's also being brought up. This is biased and unfair.
