Different police factions/units can have more specific abilities and features of their own, rather than some units(like the SWAT) having all the abilities of regular police and even more. With more specifications, we can choose more wisely and use the perks while dealing with the disadvantages as well.
1. Regular Cops
For each city, only the specified Cop skins of the current city can be used. Meaning you can't use the San Fierro Police skin when the current city is LV for instance.
Regular Cops can spawn:
- Patrol Cars of the current city 1500 HP
- no other vehicle
# They can place 10 roadblocks.
# Cops can bribe 6 people and release 0 on parole.
2. Motorcycle Officers
Available in all cities.
They can spawn:
- HPV-1000 with 1500 HP
- no other vehicle
# They can place 10 roadblocks.
# Motorcycle officers can bribe 6 people and release 0 on parole.
3. Sheriff Officers
For LV we have the desert Sheriff and for SF and LS the Country Sheriff.
They can spawn:
- Ranger Patrol Car
- no other vehicle

# Sheriffs can bribe 6 people and release 0 on parole.
4. FBI
Available in all cities.
They can spawn:
- FBI Rancher 1500 HP
- FBI Truck 1800 HP
- Unmarked Patrol Cars 1500 HP
- a Sparrow (not Sea Sparrow) 1500 HP
- no other vehicle
# They can bribe 4 people and release 2 on parole.
# They have less radar visibility
# They can place 10 roadblocks.
5. S.W.A.T
Available in all cities.
They can spawn:
- S.W.A.T Riot Tank 1500 HP
- FBI Rancher 1500 HP
- Enforcer 1800 HP
- Police Maverick 1500 HP
- a Black PCJ 600 Motorcycle with sirens (like pursuit bikes) 1500 HP
- no other vehicle

# They have the protecting helmet.
# They can place 0 roadblocks.
6. CIA
Available in all cities.
They can spawn:
- a Black Washington with sirens 1500 HP
- a Black Maverick 1500 HP
- a Black Huntley with sirens 1500 HP
- a Black Uranus pursuit unit.
- no other vehicle
# They can bribe 2 people and release 4 on parole
# They have less radar visibility.
# They can place 0 roadblocks.
7. SRT(Special Response Team) IF ACCEPTED
Available in all cities.
They can spawn:
- Patriot with sirens 1800 HP
- Sea Sparrow 800 HP (Spawned on water)
- a dark green Sanchez with sirens 1500 HP
- a dark green Mesa with sirens 1500 HP
- no other vehicle
# They can bribe 2 people and release 0 on parole.
# They have the protecting helmet.
# They can place 0 roadblocks.
Why this?
- Each unit is more unique.
- You get something you lose something.
- It's more realistic.
- It's fun.
