I've donated for myself and another member and haven't received the donator status on the forum despite including my forum ID in the donation application (which was filled out after I've donated). Any advice?

I got all donator bonus within 24hours but the donator status on forum after 1/2 weeks.

The standard period for receiving donator status is roughly 24 hours, as Mike is the only person who can authorise the donations occasionally there may be delays as well.
If you have not been given donator status after 3 days, reach out to him. You also need to ensure that you properly filled the 'MCNR Donation Verification Form' as answers that are incorrect here may cause conflict when Mike is checking donations.
The email address - This is at the top of the form, and should be the email address that is linked with your Paypal account.
Reward Recipient - This is either your name and account ID, or the name and account ID of another player.
Forum Recipient - This is either your forum name and account ID, or the name and account ID of another player.
Once again, if you have not received donator status after 72 hours please contact Mike via the forums.
