I was stuck after completing a driving lesson

- What happened?: Well, after I completed it, my screen was stuck. But, I could move.

    - What were you doing?: I was doing SF's driving school's driving lesson.
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: No.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: I guess yes for both questions.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible: Complete it.

Issue	Time Trial Scorecard doesn't pan the camera back to player and is stuck on players' screen until they relog.
Description	Tested with 2 time trials so far, Doherty and Missionary Hill. Both time trials on completion, pan back to show the surroundings, however the camera doesn't pan back to the player character even if the player has full control over it. The scorecard is also stuck on the players' screen until they relog. Respawning the player seems to fix the camera not being over the player however the scorecard is still stuck on their screen.
