Q: Is c-tap with pump shotgun allowed?
A: Yes. C-tap is allowed.
Q: Is it allowed to team with a criminal as a mechanic/prostitue?
A: Of course, mechanics/prostitutes can be criminals.
Public Service
Police:
Q: Are cops permitted to fire at fleeing vehicles whose wanted occupants haven’t fired at officers or otherwise presented a threat to officer?
A: Police officers are allowed to shoot a non-threat suspect's vehicle (pop-out tires and/or destroy the vehicle), but are not allowed to kill the suspect (if non-threat). This is meant for 2-star and over suspects.
Q: Can I shoot a vehicle with an orange suspect and white in it with a seasparrow? What if they're fleeing and switching vehicles (orange suspects).
A: You can use reasonable force to stop any vehicle that contains a suspect where that suspect is a threat, e.g. they recently attacked or killed a player. Ideally you should use spike strips.
Q: A cop shot me while I am unarmed then he stops and tazed me, can I report him for shooting unarmed or should he kill me to report?
A: If a cop attacked you while you were unarmed, you can and should report them.
Q: can cop kill unarmed most wanted?
A: No.
Q: If I am a cop and I kill a most wanted (sending him to jail) and after he gets out he tracks me down and kills me as White and says: Revenge kill I have full right to report him for cop hunting?
A: No. He's getting revenge.
Q: Is it actually allowed to kill a non-threat (not shot or aimed but armed )criminal with a gun in hand?
A: Nope. He has to shoot you / damage you / pose a threat.
Q: Can I kill an MW criminal who is unarmed but punched someone recently?
A: Taze them.
Q: Can I kill an unarmed/non-threat suspect if he is in a vehicle?
A: Disable their vehicle should be your priority unless he's with other criminals that are armed or shooting you, then you can take all of them out. Try to disable their vehicles if they are unarmed/non-threat, unless like they were 1bullet away from death and you accidentally shot them, that's fine.
Q: Can I place spike trips on a ticketable suspect (yellow)
A: No. Ticket them and wait for them to pay it. If he is running away, chase him and ask him to freeze.
Q: Are cops allowed to wait outside the bank while it is being robbed and use a SWAT tank to spray water at the checkpoint nonstop? Like as soon as i step outside, i'm stun locked in a water stream, how is this fair?
A: there is no rule against that.
Q: When is a suspect considered as a threat?
A: When he recently (under 5 minutes) shoot or killed someone/something. Also if he is trying to kill you with a car or by Hit and Run (counts aswell)
Q: Can I throw a grenade as a cop on an innocent player's car if he attempted in a clear way to ram me multiple times?
A: Yes, you can defend yourself or report them
Q: Can I kill a AFK suspect?
A: If he stucks AFK in a car or at a place where you can't arrest him, then yes.
Q: Can I kill a suspect when he is in water/swimming?
A: Yes, because it is a never ending chase then.
Q: Can I taze and immediatly kill a suspect after?
A: Yes, taze to kill is allowed, but only if the suspect a threat to life.
Q: Can I shoot a vehicle when there is e.G 1 wanted suspect (threat-suspect) and 1 innocent player?
A: The moment he entered your car you formed a team with him therefore you're allowed to shoot the car.
Q: Can a cop kill an unarmed most wanted guy if he's attacking the cop with fists or melee?
A: Unfortunately yes.
Q: Can I shoot a suspect when he is just walking around unarmed?
A: No
Q: A player robs bank, has a bag on his back, as a cop can we shoot/kill him even if he's not showing weapons?
A: No, cops can't kill you because you robbed the bank. Only the person who assaulted the vault guard.
Q: A cop just jacked my heli while I was high ( and I died ) I can take revenge on the cop who stole my heli and leads me to death while I was high.
A: No you should report him.
Q: If an orange/red suspect attacks a Police Officer with a chainsaw, is the Police Officer allowed to shoot the suspect?
A: Yes of course, you are allowed to defend yourself.
Q: Can I shoot a suspect that robbed me? I have to taze them and cuff them?
A: No. Do not shoot unarmed/non-threat suspects under any circumstances. Always taze and arrest.
Q: I robbed a lot of stores with a spraycan/fire extingher a cop can kill me?
A: Yes. Since aiming at NPC considered threat
Q: If I arrest a player and change my job to a medic (for example) can that "ex-criminal" avenge against me?
A: They can claim their revenge regardless of your job, i.e if you are a cop and kill a person, they can kill you within one hour no matter you go off duty, be a medic or a fireman.
Q: If I kill a bank guard or aim at bot in shops, are cops allowed to shoot me?
A: Aiming/attacking/killing an NPC/Actor makes you a threat and the cops have every right to take you down with lethal force.
You should be treated the same way as if you had aimed/attacked/shot a normal player
Medic:
Q: If I am a medic then a criminal have a bounty, can I kill him?
A: No. You are a medic, a neutral faction. You are suppost to help people!
Q: I'm a medic and someone shooting me can I kill him?
A: Yes
Firefighter:

Q: Can I help/safe a another criminal against cops?
A: Innocent players can also help friends/crew members/other criminals from being captured by the police. As long as they were there during the main incident. <eg. Was able to watch the police attempt to taze/arrest the particular player>.
Q: If you get most wanted in any means neccasary, can I just go on top of the police building and kill all cops?
A: No, only if they are after you.
Q: If you acidentally rammed a cop, then the cop you rammed destroyed your vehicle (e.G driveby), is considered as cop DM?
A: Yes, but only if you are innocent, ticketable or a non threat suspect.
Q: Can I kill anyone like literally everyone like a cop,medic or civilian if he or she has a bounty?
A: Yes
Q: Can I kill a civilian, who is trying to steal my car or breaking into my house?
A: Yes
Q: Are you allowed to run someone over and leave your car on top of them until they die?
A: No, you are not allowed to car park.
Q: killing a medic or a cop for abusing firetruck/SWAT van is allowed?
A: No, report them.
Q: as a civilian can I kill a cop who keeps following me everywhere while showing guns and not tazer?
A: Yes, it goes under stalking.
Q: Can I kill someone who obviously crashed into me (the car gets destroyed right after the hit) on purpose as revenge?
A: Yes, he damaged your property
Q: Can I kill someone who is robbing a store or killed the cashier when I am inside or just entered the shop?
A: Yes because he screwed over you and you cannot buy anything from that store anymore.
Q: If a suspect is driving to me (when I play as a cop), then he shoot or killed me for no reason, is that called cop hunting?
A: Yes. If he had no prior interaction with you and he encountered you in a downed state and finished you off then yes he broke the rules.
If you drive towards him he is allowed to attack you (means when you come close to him).
Q: I can kill a cop/medic/firefighter if he keep ramming my car for no reason?
A: Yes, but it is better if you report them.
Q: Can i kill cops who is trying to taze a friend (criminal) of mine?
A: Yes.
Q: If I robbed a medic/firefighter then he/she starts shooting me I can kill him/her?
A: Yes, Self Defence.
Q: Can I kill a player who has a moneybag if I already have a moneybag?
A: No you cannot, there is only a few reasons you can kill someone who has a moneybag.
1. You don't currently have a moneybag and want one.
2. You are with a friend / gang member and they need one, so you can kill / help kill someone who has one.
3. You are seeking your revenge kill / payback.
4. You may only kill for the moneybag if you are outside the bank, or in the main area, or there are no bags available. If you get into the vault stair way you must make your way down to the vault to visually inspect wheather there are bags available or not. If no bags qre available you may kill to get yourself or your friend a bag.
Q: Can somone kill me if I failed to hack the bank vault?
A: Yes, because you failed their mission to rob the bank.
Q: Can I kill a cop if he is starting shooting my car for no reason if I am just a civilian/ticketable?
A: Yes but you should report him because it is against the rules.
Q: If someone robs me then loses all wanted levels am I allowed to kill him?
A: yes, kill to claim it back.
Q: Are we allowed to assist criminals in killing cops, doesn't matter whether it's a friend or not, he's in danger, and I want to kill that cop in order to save him, since i'm technically a criminal myself?
A: Yes
Q: Allowed to kill someone for robbing ammunition?
A: Allowed. It exasperates people for being unable to buy weapons.
Q: Is "attempted robbery" a valid reason to kill someone? (Edit: if you are a civilian of course)
A: Yes.
Q: Can a player kill someone for stealing his/her property or fleeing away in his/her vehicle?
A: Yes you can.
Revenge
Q: Are cops allowed to take revenge on a criminal who killed or robbed them?
A: No. Cops must follow /crules at all times. However, cops can go off-duty to seek their revenge.
Q: Can I take revenge on a cop who ticket, arrested or killed me?
A: Yes. As long as it’s within an hour and not after a city change.
Q: If someone robbed me, then another guy killed the player who robbed me, can I still take revenge then on the guy who robbed me?
A: Yes
Q: Damaging others by blasting cars is RDM?
A: That goes under griefing\trolling and can be punished.
Q: if 2 civilians are fighting each other, and a cop comes in the fight and kills them both, any one of them can approach the other and start fighting again later?
A: what was the fight about? revenge or duel? if it's revenge, claim your revenge within 1hour and if it's a duel, both of you are aware that one of you may be killed, therefore you may start another duel in a safe area far from cops.
Q: Can I bounty or kill someone because he insulted me?
A: No. You must report them.
Q: If guy set bounty on me can i kill him?
A: Yes.
Q: I can take revenge on people who robbed my house?
A: Yes.
Q: If someone killed me and then I go take my revenge, can he kill me back within an hour?
A: Yes, until one of you stops killing (because it is a endless chain)
Q: If someone kills me 1min before the city changes, revenge is valid? if yes, I can kill him within 1h?
A: No.
Q: If someone places a bounty on me and I get killed by someone to get the money, can I still avenge the person who placed a bounty on me after i get killed?
A: Of course, Yes.
Q: Can a friend help in taking revenge?
A: Not if they weren’t involved. However once the person starts to defend themselves they can help protect you. They just can’t attack first as they have no reason to.
Modifications
Q: Can I use vehicle modifications that are changing only the textures?
A: Yes, as long as they don't change any car stats such as length, height and so on.
