It can be implemented easily. Just enable all players to use jammers.

Radar jammers must be bought in STORES or PD. Maybe it misunderstood , but what I mean is a cooldown to use it. Not a cooldown to buy it. You can buy it  but not use it constantly, just every 30 mins cooldown, for example.

Flares can be bought at any time at stores, but Decoys can only be used every 45mins between uses. Got it? Same should be for jammers and area jammers.

Just a reminder that jammers can be used by civs over and over again without restrictions, as long as you manage to buy jammer as soon as its effect vanishes.

The cooldown is not necessary. Just optional to make it "fair"

And can also be used for ambush maneuvers and undercover raids, by enforcers. Radars are meant for ambush and evasion.


As a cop I've experienced cases where about 5 criminals gather Up and it's almost impossible to approach, especially when outnumbered

I even came from a server where CIA agents had a White Blip to mislead criminals, and literally remain undercover. Not tjist the reduced visibility we currently got.

Price can be adjusted. I mention price and cooldown as constraints to avoid it catalogued as Overusable

Some don't mind 25k on Decoys, despite they are pricey tbh. Lol

Criminal blips also fade away from the radar when they are very far, so why is there a jammer?

Exactly. To use it ON FOOT, AT CLOSE distance TO DISORIENT A TARGET, whether its a cop or criminal.
