Allow civilians to use Rustler

Just came up with this topic in-game, this could be good for many reasons.

Taking down fleeing mavericks on your own, chasing a bounty or someone else for personal reasons on your own (if you don't have a shooter), dogfight with other cops in rustlers...

During the discussion, since it may not be able to register machineguns from rustler, set the player (civilian) using it Wanted Level 4 or MW so if he damages anyone, it's allowed to take him down, no questions asked.

This would be a gamechanger, maybe create civilian rustler spawns in verdant meadows only, so it takes some driving to get them from other active cities.

+1 Plus I'd add that the civilian that tried to hijack the Rustler would receive a hefty number of stars for such maneuver.

It's difficult to fly in Los Santos and San Fierro, its excessive speed makes it more difficult to drive and shoot the target simultaneously so it's just for the skilled pilots. I would like to see criminals using rustler instead of an Infernus or Bullet, it's becoming quite boring using the same vehicle and going to the same hideout everytime. Ready for change +1

i think rustler should not be allowed to civilians cause it will cause mess in the server . rustler is a special plane and should only be used by special cops( 10rank ) on mws only . if its available to civilian then they will misuse it . and civilians can use other planes to fly to active city ( pv ) thanks  🙂

And yeah, why we were not able to steal it? We should be able to steal it from where it spawns. Agreed, +1.

It Will create a mess, cophunt in every corner if im flying a police Maverick and i honestly dont want to send 30 minutes filling a report just for a warning  🙂

Lol, how would that be a nerf, more like buff. Anything that gives players more options is a good thing as it deepens the multiplayer experience. As long as it's balanced. Not many people know how to fly rustler anyway, I rarely see any cops using it as is. I'd love to see players trying to get their revenge comming after me in rustler and it would give me more reasons to play as civ as well.

cops can damage innocent civilians' cars too. And if they do, all you have to do is record and report or forget that it ever happened. If you are not satisfied with the results of your report, you can talk to trina about it.
Also, just like it's restricted for rank cops 10, only players above level 90 should be able to access rustlers.

u will know that its not a child's play. [+ this will encourage players to learn a newer way to take revenge. Just imagine a kamikaze revenge 😆]

Not supporting a suggestion for "possible rulebreaking" like player reports don't exist. Very good.

I don't know how you guys think the servers suddenly gonna turn into a shitfest when civilians can get access to the Rustler. It takes skill to use the thing atleast, and I'm sure only a few spawn around the map, it'll make for some interesting and fun gameplay like dogfights, plus let us commit Grand Theft Auto. Anyone misusing it? Report them, it's that simple.

Pretty sure this was already suggested before, but I'll give it a +1. I don't see any problems with civilians having access to rustlers, cause they don't have any aircraft that could fight cops atm.

Imagine suggestion being 5 stared and approved by comments just for it to get rejected without any feedback.
