Staff Member of the Month

Introduction
Each month, the MCNR management team will select one (or sometimes more) members of staff that they feel have exceeded the expectations of their role and performed their duties exceptionally.

Prize
As a reward for achieving this accolade, the select staff member(s) will be awarded with $250,000* in-game cash each

Examples of what makes a great staff member:

• Active on the server, forums and Discord


• Helpful to new players or players with questions/problems


• Actively monitors and takes action against player reports, not just on the server but also forums


• Actively engages with the community through the server, Discord and forums


• Tests, investigates, and reports issues, and assists developers


• Genuinely cares and tries their best to help the server and community

Clara has been a welcome addition to the team since joining only last month, and has been exceptionally active and engaging within the community, responding to many reports and complaints from players and trying her best to keep everything in check. Thank you Clara!

- Funtastic_Power was hired as a beta tester and quickly promoted to a moderator this month! In this time has has been very active and helpful on the server, forums and Discord.
- Megatron will sadly be leaving us (perhaps not fully, but mostly) at the end of this month to join the army. He will be sorely missed by everyone and by noone more than myself. He has done an unbelievable job as community manager and taken a lot of burden off my back as I endevour to concentrate on development to improve MCNR. Can't put into words how appreciative I am. MCNR staff member of the month for September was RoboKill! He has been one of the most active admins on the server in recent times which is very valuable to us as he is often there when players need him. He was voted to be this month's Staff Member of the Month by other staff by 3 votes!

Staff member of the month for December 2019 is.. everyone! I’m super proud of MCNR and what it’s become with a stable community and a brilliant team. Thank you everyone! All staff (including beta testers) will be credited with $100,000!

Well this is kinda late, but better late than never!





Devon has been part of the MCNR team for quite some time, and has always been a valuable part of the team. Thanks to Devon we have a dynamic forum stats signature for players to use, which is fantastic. Soon we will have an entire UCP on the site which is very exciting. M3E6 has been a part of the MCNR team for a few months now and has quickly become a strong integral part of the team. He responds to reports promptly and with care and has recently been extremely helpful in finding and testing issues on the server which is a massive support to myself as the sole developer. Thanks for your continued commitment!





Samone has only been a beta tester for a month or so but has already shown a massive amount of commitment in finding and testing issues. He has worked closely with M3E6 also which is nice to see. Thank you both for helping make my life as a developer easier!
