Seems to me that you are most likely to have gotten desynced lol.
that's getting unsynced right after entering the bank, the screen becomes darker and the door models are unable to load (or w/e), therefore you're most likely able to go through them and fall down

this is not a desync rather a positioning bug. The yellow marker teleports you else where and not where it intends to, this should have been moved to bug reports instead.
desync is when your position is not synced with the server meaning other players will see you in a different spot/doing something that differs from what they see on their screens.
