Is the staff genuinely blind or is he immune to the 2 shot reports? Because I am getting raped for PSOs and infractions that aren't even valid and I see multiple montage of ts guy where the NO 2 SHOT rule seems to be non existent

It just proves that he can run samp in 200 fps in closed interior, something I did before on a 2009 cpu with 2015 gpu
