I know there is a disscussion between admins on this matter, and i want to be informed what they decide. For now I will avoid chasing non most wanted criminals.
Are army soldiers allowed to chase non most wanted?
The rules for Army and Cops are almost the same. You can chase a non - most wanted criminal as Army, and can attack him or taze him on the basis of his Threat Level just like normal cops can do.

That what I thought too until tomorrow staff contacted me and said me that army should only chase most wanted

The priority for army personnel is to focus on most wanted, if there are some don't follow non-threat it doesn't make sense
